• Children: Children of all ages are welcome. Guests should enter the correct number and ages of children when booking to receive accurate occupancy and pricing information.
• Cots: Cots are available upon request for children aged six years or younger at VND 250,000 per child, per night, subject to availability.
• Extra beds: Extra beds are available upon request at VND 500,000 per person, per night. Charges are not automatically included in the room rate and are subject to the accommodation’s maximum capacity and availability.

Cancellation and prepayment: Cancellation, amendment, prepayment and no-show conditions vary according to the selected accommodation and rate plan. Guests should review the specific conditions displayed before confirming the reservation.

• Damage deposit: A refundable damage deposit of VND 2,000,000 is required upon arrival and collected in cash. It will be refunded at check-out, subject to an inspection of the accommodation.
