Check-in is available from 2:00 PM. Guests are required to present a photo identification document and credit card upon arrival. Guests are also requested to inform the resort of their expected arrival time in advance.
Check-out
Check-out is available until 12:00 PM.
Age Restriction
There is no minimum age requirement for check-in.
Children & Extra Beds
Children of all ages are welcome at the resort. Children aged 12 and above are charged as adults.
A cot/crib is available free of charge for children aged 0–2 years, upon request and subject to availability.
An extra bed is available upon request for:
- Children aged 6–11 years: VND 850,000 per child per night
- Guests aged 12 and above: VND 1,150,000 per person per night
Cot/crib and extra bed charges are not included in the total room rate and are payable separately during the stay. All requests are subject to availability.
Cancellation & Prepayment
Cancellation and prepayment policies vary depending on the accommodation type and booking conditions. Guests are advised to review the applicable conditions before completing their reservation.
Refundable Damage Deposit
A refundable damage deposit of VND 3,000,000 is required upon arrival. The deposit is collected in cash and will be returned in full at check-out, subject to an inspection of the accommodation and any potential damage caused during the stay.
